Job summary

Determined to Succeed seeks a proactive Philanthropy and Communications Manager to lead donor relations, annual campaigns, grants, and events. You will manage timelines, coordinate with staff and a graphic designer, and drive revenue toward the organization’s $1.2 million annual budget.

You will draft communications, steward donors, and oversee sponsorships while coordinating with the Executive Director and Board to advance fundraising priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, grants, and events.
• Proven ability to draft donor-facing materials and manage campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Steward, solicit, and grow donor relationships through meetings, emails, calls, and notes.
• Manage grant calendar, LOIs, and funder communications.
• Lead annual fundraiser and sponsor coordination with the ED and Board.
• Draft donor communications, sponsorship packages, and annual report content.
• Maintain donor database, track gifts, pledges, and activity.
