The Foundation for Colorado Community Colleges seeks a Director of Philanthropy to lead statewide fundraising, grow a diverse donor portfolio, and close major gifts. This entrepreneurial leader will develop strategies for donor identification, acquisition, and cultivation, and collaborate with CCCS leadership on campaigns and stewardship.

This role requires three days per week in the Lowry office in Denver, extensive Colorado travel, and proficiency with donor management systems and data-driven

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience may substitute.
• 3+ years fundraising / major gifts or related field.
• Experience cultivating gifts at five-figure level and above.
• Experience managing donor portfolios across lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full donor pipeline from identification to renewal.
• Design and manage fundraising strategies for major gifts and annual fund gifts.
• Prepare leadership for donor meetings and solicitations.
• Engage constituents to grow donor relationships and stewardship.
• Cultivate relationships through targeted outreach and communications.
• Identify and engage new prospects with entrepreneurial approaches.
• Solicit and close gifts including five-figure and above commitments.
