Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise sales or sales development with high-volume outbound.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, driven to achieve deal success.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial and adaptable, eager to learn and apply new strategies.
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills for rapid relationship-building.
• Ambitious with a winning attitude and high motivation.
• Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and time management.
• Growth‑oriented, empathetic, and strategically thinking about prospects.

Responsibilities

• Execute demand generation strategies (campaigns, events, outreach) to convert major gift prospects into qualified opportunities.
• Build relationships and generate a strong lead pipeline via calls, texts, emails, direct mail, and LinkedIn.
• Articulate Stand Together’s vision and values to prospects and partners.
• Maintain high-volume outreach across channels and qualify opportunities for major gift officers.
• Manage a quality pipeline through inbound follow-up and targeted outbound outreach.
• Uncover philanthropic goals and assess alignment with Stand Together’s mission.
