Job summary

Feed The Hungry seeks a Partner Services Coordinator in South Bend, IN to serve as the main contact for ministry partners, churches, and donors. The role handles donations processing, donor communications, and CRM management with a focus on accurate records and timely responses.

The successful candidate will be organized, relational, and mission-driven, supporting monthly and year-end activities and collaborating with Development and Accounting to enhance donor experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for ministry partners, churches, donors, and other supporters.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and written correspondence in a timely and caring manner.
• Process and accurately record donations, partner gifts, and related information.
• Prepare and send donation acknowledgments, receipts, and other correspondence.
• Maintain accurate donor and partner records within the organization’s CRM.
• Research and resolve questions related to donations, accounts, receipts, and partner information.
• Work closely with Development, Accounting, and other departments to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
• Assist with monthly and year-end processing, reporting, and other administrative projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and partner information.
• Help identify opportunities to improve communication, processes, and the overall partner experience.
• Support special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
