Job summary

Bend-Redmond Habitat for Humanity is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to streamline communication and daily operations across our retail and operations teams. The role handles donation inquiries, schedules pickups, and provides accurate information to store staff and donors.

You will serve as a central point of contact for donors, staff, and leadership, support administrative tasks, and help ensure safety, service quality, and mission alignment with BRHFH values.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems and digital records.
• Excellent phone and communication skills with donors, customers, and community members.
• Strong customer service abilities with professionalism and respect in every interaction.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks such as scheduling pickups and screening donations.
• Solid organizational skills with accurate schedules and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls for BRHFH ReStores.
• Provide excellent customer service with clear, accurate information.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with donors, customers, and community members.
• Manage donation pickup requests and scheduling.
• Screen donated items to determine eligibility and provide donors with guidance.
• Coordinate daily and weekly pickup schedules with Donation Ambassador availability.
• Provide Donation Ambassadors with accurate route details.
• Coordinate with Resource Development for commercial donations.
• Print and prepare labels, signs, and other retail materials.
• Maintain organized digital and paper records related to donations and operations.
• Provide general administrative support for retail and operations teams.
• Assist with internal communication, scheduling needs, and document preparation.
• Help ensure all processes align with BRHFH safety, customer service, and mission standards.
