Job summary

South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity is seeking a Development Coordinator to manage annual fund activities, events, and donor database maintenance to support accurate reporting and effective fundraising.

You will collaborate with the Senior Director of Advancement, coordinate campaigns and events, and ensure timely donor acknowledgments and stewardship.

This role requires strong organization, CRM experience, and a commitment to equity; based in Olympia with limited remote work.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience using donor databases or CRM systems for recordkeeping, reporting, and fundraising support
• Minimum of three years of fundraising, sales, or administrative management experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual fund activities, including mailings, events, donor lists, and other requests for support.
• Build relationships with donors and cultivate support through timely acknowledgements, stewardship activities, and prospect research.
• Provide project and timeline management for assigned fundraising, stewardship, and community events.
• Coordinate event logistics, agendas, attendance tracking, vendors, materials, hospitality, supplies, and other operational needs.
• Support the planning and execution of key events, including Women Build, Habitat Gala, Pride Build, Veterans Build, and other events.
• Coordinate logistics for outreach efforts, external meetings, and presentations.
• Manage in-kind donation inquiries and related gift coordination.
