Mount Tamalpais College seeks an Advancement Associate to support fundraising, stewardship, and donor engagement. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, you will manage donor data, coordinate acknowledgments, site visits, and events, and contribute to communications that strengthen relationships with supporters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in development/nonprofit support or program coordination helpful.
• Experience managing donor data and systems (Salesforce or similar CRM) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage donor data with high accuracy and data integrity.
• Log emails/interactions for relationship tracking and planning.
• Generate queries, lists, and reports using Salesforce.
• Prepare donor briefings, meeting materials, and thank-you notes.
• Coordinate donor meetings, site visits, and stewardship events.
• Support budgets, reconciliations, and communications with other teams.
