Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly bank deposits and ensure all cash, checks, ACH, and Square transactions are entered correctly in the donor database and tied to the correct deposit.
• Provide accounting support by delivering complete, correctly coded data and backup documentation to the accounting team.
• Generate donation receipts and send thank-you communications to donors.
• Lead input for the silent auction during the Gala and coordinate related data entry.
• Create online donation forms and maintain the constituent database.
• Process payments, pull reports, and update emails in Constant Contact.
• Provide donor support communications and assist with data-driven outreach.
• Integrate AI tools to streamline manual processes and improve accuracy.
