Job summary

Penn State is seeking an Advancement Services Representative in the Donor and Member Services office. You will ensure data integrity for donor and alumni records, process contributions, and respond to inquiries from donors and internal teams.

This role is based at University Park, State College, PA, with DDAR offering flexible work arrangements and extensive benefits. Qualifications include an Associate Degree and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree; no prior relevant work experience required; experience accepted in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Ensure donor/alumni data integrity and updates in the database.
• Prepare and scan checks and charitable contribution forms; troubleshoot software/form issues.
• Create backups and verify daily automated data processes; resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as primary contact for donors, alumni, and internal teams via email/phone/letter.
