Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomist. You will greet donors, screen, take vital signs, and support center operations while upholding safety and quality.

You will work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a starting hourly wage of $16.00. Benefits include medical/dental, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum experience in customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
