Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an experienced Individual Giving Manager to build and lead GPAC's donor program. You will develop and execute annual fundraising appeals, manage donor stewardship, and maintain the donor database, collaborating with the CEO and the board to grow individual support.

This foundational role offers the opportunity to design strategy from the ground up, implement multi-channel campaigns (direct mail, online giving, events), and build data

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4+ years of professional fundraising experience with donor relations.
• Experience using a donor database/CRM and crafting donor communications.
• Ability to plan and execute donor appeals across channels (direct mail, email, online).
• Strong organizational skills and data-driven decision making.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement a multi-year plan for individual giving and stewardship.
• Lead solicitations across direct mail, online giving, giving days, and events; grow major gifts.
• Apply GPAC's case for support consistently across communications and online giving.
• Analyze appeal performance and donor trends to inform strategy.
• Build a portfolio of major gift prospects and coordinate with CEO and board.
• Manage donor database entries, reporting, and segmentation for campaigns.
