Job summary

Catholic Charities of Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Annual Giving Manager to lead a comprehensive annual giving program across direct mail, email, and digital channels. This role reports to the Director of Philanthropy and coordinates with internal teams to grow donor engagement in the Greater Philadelphia region.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in annual giving or related fundraising, nonprofit experience preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive annual giving program across direct mail, email, digital campaigns, and multi-channel outreach.
• Develop strategies to acquire, retain, and upgrade individual donors to increase annual fund revenue and participation.
• Maintain donor records in the donor database with data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with Philanthropy and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and donor engagement.
• Cultivate and steward relationships through thoughtful communication and recognition.
