Job summary

Mercury Chamber Orchestra in Houston, TX seeks a Development Manager to drive annual fund performance, manage a donor portfolio and support Gala logistics within a collaborative team. • At least 3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or development.
• Experience in annual fund management, donor communications, and moves management.
• Strong writing skills for donor correspondence and fundraising copy.

Responsibilities

• Drive Mercury's annual fund with a focus on donors up to $2,500.
• Own a personal portfolio of entry and mid-level donors; cultivate, solicit, steward.
• Execute direct mail, email, and digital annual fund appeals; track activity in Spektrix.
