Job summary

Particular Council of St. Vincent de Paul of Baton Rouge, Louisiana is seeking an Development Manager to lead day-to-day fundraising and donor engagement, strengthening support for the Society’s work in Baton Rouge.

The role focuses on turning annual plans into sustained giving, deepening relationships, and building systems that keep philanthropy growing, with oversight of a development team member and key donor programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of progressive nonprofit development/fundraising experience.
• Experience with annual giving, stewardship, grants, sponsorships, events, and donor database management.
• Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Mission-aligned; Catholic/parish community connections preferred; CFRE a plus.

Responsibilities
