Job summary

Latin American Youth Center, Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a seasoned Director of Individual Giving to drive a comprehensive fundraising program focused on major gifts and individual donors.

You will build and manage a robust donor pipeline, strengthen retention and acquisition, and advance a culture of philanthropy across the organization. You will lead campaigns, work with the Development and Communications team, and use data analytics to optimize fundraising performance, while aligning efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7–10 years of fundraising experience in a nonprofit organization.
• Demonstrated success in securing five- and six-figure gifts.
• Experience managing individual giving and/or donor stewardship initiatives.
• Experience with CRM systems and fundraising analytics to drive strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual giving strategy and annual revenue goals.
• Develop cultivation, solicitation, stewardship and upgrade strategies for major gifts.
• Manage moves management for donors and prospects.
• Collaborate with leadership, Board and volunteers to steward donors.
• Plan and execute annual fund campaigns and donor communications.
• Analyze donor trends to inform strategy and dashboards.
