Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising or nonprofit development.
• Experience cultivating and stewarding individual donors, including annual or mid-level programs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate donor-centered fundraising through mid-level donor cultivation and stewardship.
• Develop and implement donor communications, acknowledgment timelines, and engagement plans.
• Identify and advance major donor opportunities and moves management in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with teams to promote donor engagement and event-driven fundraising.
