Job summary

Oath seeks a growth-focused marketer to drive donor acquisition and engagement. You will manage paid media, build peer-to-peer programs, and lead community initiatives with a data-driven, test-first approach.

You’ll collaborate with Email, Social, Creator Partnerships, and Partnerships teams, ensuring cohesive storytelling. Willingness to lead on campaigns around national events is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in paid digital, performance marketing, or digital fundraising (ideally for political, advocacy, or nonprofit orgs).
• Growth roles at leading tech or consumer companies.
• MBB consulting, investment banking, or VC/PE backgrounds are valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the donor journey from first impression to sign-up and retention.
• Own paid media across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms with budget control and testing.
• Build community, ambassadors, and the peer-to-peer program; manage donor texting and referrals.
• Write, test, and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and P2P scripts in Oath’s voice; run A/B tests.
• Partner across Email, Social, and Creator Partnerships; coordinate CRM with Lifecycle marketing.
• Plan campaigns around major national political events and measure impact across channels.
