Job summary

Blood Cancer United is seeking a fundraising and volunteer relationship lead to expand peer-to-peer campaigns and achieve revenue goals within a designated market area. This role focuses on building relationships with fundraising volunteers while implementing innovative products to exceed targets for Blood Cancer United's mission.

You will partner with the Campaign Development Director, Education, Services, and Health Research to communicate the mission and organize donor cultivation events,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4-6 years’ experience in a directly relatable role.
• Strong relationship building and sales skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to meet revenue budgets.
• Build strategic event portfolios and ensure annual budgets are met.
• Track KPIs and adjust activities to stay on target and on timeline.
• Collaborate with Campaign Development Director to plan and revise strategies.
• Develop sponsorship pipeline with corporate partners and close partnerships.
• Coordinate with regional teams and shared services across Blood Cancer United.
