Job summary

College of DuPage seeks an Advancement Services Coordinator to support donor data integrity, processing gifts, and generating acknowledgments. You will assist in pipeline development through data analysis and prospect research, while supporting the Office of Institutional Advancement fundraising efforts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3 years in development operations, and proficiency with Raiser’s Edge and Blackbaud products. Equal opportunity employer with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Blackbaud Raiser's Edge Training preferred.
• Three (3) years' experience in development operations/advancement services or similar office setting required.
• Experience in development, education, or non-profit institution, as well as experience with prospect management preferred.
• Proficiency in Raiser's Edge and related Blackbaud products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all donations and pledges daily.
• Manage receipt of and documentation for all in-kind gifts received for the College of DuPage.
• Create and generate for signature daily gift acknowledgments and monthly pledge reminders.
• Create and update queries, exports, and reports to support fundraising efforts and tracking.
• Assist in safeguarding the Raiser's Edge database and train staff in the use of NXT Webview.
• Maintain the CRM Advance database for alumni records and conduct prospect research as needed.
