Job summary

UC Davis Health is seeking a detail-oriented ADMIN OFCR 2 CX to support donor gift accounting and stewardship. The role handles complex reporting, data research, and coordination with leadership across Advancement Services, ensuring confidentiality of donor information.

Responsibilities include processing gifts, improving gift procedures, and providing donor service. The position is hybrid, located in Sacramento, CA, with a focus on accuracy and compliance with UC gift policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/ training.
• Strong Customer Service skills including timely follow-up with donors, front-line development staff and colleagues on both campuses.
• Ability to learn the Development Information System (ADVANCE), the donor database.
• Ability to learn the GREAT Gift Processing System and be proficient at data entry.
• Ability to provide strong attention to detail in all aspects of daily processing work.
• Ability to proof work and create minimal errors.
• Solid organizational skills, ability to multitask and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to use sound judgment when dealing with complex issues.
• Ability to write for clear, concise, and accurate business correspondence and other written communications with various audiences.
• Interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with UCDH providers and departments.
