University of California, Davis is seeking a dedicated donor accounting and stewardship professional to support analytic reporting, gift processing, and data management for the Health Sciences Development and Alumni Relations program. This role emphasizes confidentiality and donor service across UC Davis Health and Advancement Services.

The incumbent will handle complex data, learn the ADVANCE system, and contribute to streamlining gift procedures while maintaining accuracy and high levels of

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/ training.
• Strong Customer Service skills including timely follow-up with donors, front-line development staff and colleagues on both campuses.
• Ability to learn the Development Information System (ADVANCE), the donor database.
• Ability to learn the GREAT Gift Processing System and be proficient at data entry.
• Ability to provide strong attention to detail in all aspects of daily processing work.
• Ability to proof work and create minimal errors.
• Solid organizational skills, ability to multitask and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to use sound judgment when dealing with complex issues.
• Ability to write for clear, concise, and accurate business correspondence and other written communications with various audiences.
• Ability to work independently, and under direct supervision, to prioritize work demands and to meet anticipated deadlines.
• Working knowledge of report preparation.
• Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality of all patient, employee, departmental, and University information and materials.
• Interpersonal skills and flexibility necessary to establish rapport and develop trust with donors, potential donors, and other faculty and staff members.
• Ability to set goals, organize workload, and multi-task with demanding time frames.
• Ability to attempt unfamiliar projects/assignments and respond with flexibility to request for assistance.
• Familiarity with the Internet and with various Internet browser applications and have strong web navigation skills.
• Interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with UCDH providers and departments.
