Job summary

Straz Center for the Performing Arts in Tampa, FL seeks a Stewardship Coordinator to strengthen donor engagement and long-term relationships. You will manage acknowledgements, benefits, and donor communications while collaborating with Development and Marketing to improve processes and donor records.

The role requires analytical thinking, project management, and independent work with a team-focused, community-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with donor CRM systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word required.
• Understanding of fundraising concepts preferred.
• Strong organizational and information-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
• Occasional weekend or evening work for events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of CRM system and annual giving programs.
• Prepare and distribute acknowledgement letters for gifts.
• Coordinate donor benefit packages and collateral distribution.
• Record and evaluate acknowledgements in CRM and files.
