Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Donations Processor to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for sale in our Retail stores. You will process items in a fast-paced environment, meeting production goals while following SOPs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), 1+ years of production experience, strong English communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. We offer weekly pay, PTO, 25% employee discount, and health/dental/vision insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Display a professional, patient, and guest-focused attitude.
• Provide donation receipts to guests.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Communicate with management as needed.
• Promote teamwork and cooperate with peers.
• Follow safety practices and work instructions.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
