Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a donation processing associate to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale in our retail stores. You will process goods quickly to meet production goals while following standard operating procedures.

Join a team that values guest experience, safety, and a positive attitude. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and basic math/reading skills; forklift certification is preferred for some roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
• 18+ to operate a forklift (16–17 not allowed).

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale.
• Process goods in an accelerated manner to meet production goals.
• Maintain safety and adherence to SOPs.
• Provide excellent guest service and communicate with management as needed.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations and keep the work area organized.
