Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring to support our 100+ locations by providing excellent guest service, accurate donation processing, and safe operations in our donor centers. This role requires reliable teamwork, strong communication, and adherence to procedures to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include issuing donation receipts, sorting items, assisting with loading/unloading, and participating in trainings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work at any Goodwill ADC within the territory.
• Must be 18+ to operate a forklift (16–17 not allowed).

Responsibilities

• Display a professional, patient, and people-first attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at the time of donating.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Communicate with management when necessary.
• Follow training playbooks, e-learning and work instructions.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Attend and complete all required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
