Job summary

GreenDrop is seeking a Site Attendant in Raleigh, NC to provide exceptional donor service and support the daily operations at the donation site. You will greet donors, collect donations, and ensure the site remains clean and organized.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in varying weather, and demonstrate a positive, proactive approach to service. On-site work is required, and candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on-site during all hours.
• Ability to interact with people and provide excellent service.
• Lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
• Able to work in outdoor conditions.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Positive mindset and strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Interact with donors independently and with a positive, friendly approach.
• Greet donors in full GreenDrop uniform and engage in conversation while collecting donations.
• Assist donors with donations and help unload their vehicles.
• Record donor information on the company iPad.
• Organize donations in the stock room.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the site inside and outside.
• Fill out supply orders to keep the site stocked for job completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
