You will interact with donors in a friendly, professional manner and use the company iPad to record information while staying on-site during shifts. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and physical stamina, with daily responsibilities including greeting donors, loading donations, and supporting truck pickups at multiple Baltimore-area

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to engage donors and collect donations.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage donors in a friendly manner in GreenDrop uniform.
• Assist donors with donations and help unload vehicles.
• Record donor information on company iPad and handle donations efficiently.
• Organize donations and keep site clean and stocked.
