Job summary

Savers’ GreenDrop operation seeks a Site Attendant in Bel Air, MD to provide friendly donor service and support daily donation activities. You will greet donors, assist with donations, and ensure the site runs smoothly in all weather conditions.

This hourly role requires on-site presence and a proactive approach, with training provided by Savers University and opportunities for advancement within our purpose-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on-site during all scheduled hours.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
• Must be able to work outdoors in different seasons.

Responsibilities

• Interact with donors independently and with the team to provide a positive experience.
• Always greet donors in a friendly manner in uniform.
• Engage with donors while accepting donations and guiding the process.
• Assist donors with donations and help unload vehicles.
• Wear a tablet holder and record donor information on the iPad.
• Organize donations in the stock room and maintain cleanliness.
• Submit supply orders to keep the site stocked with tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Be on-site during working hours.

Pay Range: Our starting pay ranges from $16 .30 to $2 0 .38

This position REQUIRES weekend availability.

What you’ll be working on:

• The GreenDrop Site Attendant role is critical to our success and helps to ensure that we reach our goal of providing exceptional service to our donors each and every day.
• The Site Attendant will lead by example and demonstrate our Company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Essential Job Functions:

Independently and collaboratively interact with donors while using a positive, optimistic, and intelligent technique.

• Always greet donors in a friendly manner, in full GreenDrop uniform.
• Engage in pleasant conversation while acquiring donations from donors by utilizing the bin.
• Assist donors with their donations and help to unload their vehicles.
• Wear a tablet holder while recording donor information on the company iPad.
• Organize donations in the stock room.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the site, both inside and outside.
• Fill out supply orders to keep the site stocked with the necessary tools for job completion.
• Other duties assigned by the manager.
• Must be able to be on-site during working hours.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
