Discovery Life Sciences in Quincy, MA is seeking a part-time, on-site Donor Coordinator to manage donor scheduling and appointments in a busy blood and bone marrow collection facility. You will assist with donor recruitment, scheduling, payments, and database management, ensuring a welcoming donor experience.

The role requires precise attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to interact professionally with donors and clinical staff.

Competenze

• Associate's diploma or degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years related administrative experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Mansioni

• Monitor daily collection schedules and communicate with clinical and other departments.
• Communicate disruptions to the collection schedule in real time and secure a replacement donor.
• Engage in ongoing donor communication via in person/phone/text/email.
• Respond promptly to donor issues, concerns or questions.
• Assist new donors with sign-up forms as needed.
• On-site attendance is essential.
