Qualifications

• Ability to pass pre-screenings such as background or drug screenings.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to fifty (50) lbs., with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and offer assistance to all customers.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and professionally reject items.
• Accurately track all donations according to management standards.
• Support processing by maintaining proper staging of donated goods.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the donation area.
• Follow all required safety and security procedures.
