Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or contact-center experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms helpful; willingness to learn required.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound contacts by phone, email, chat, and text.
• Process donations, resource orders, subscriptions, and account updates with accuracy.
• Manage constituent accounts, including data entry, adjustments, and verification.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Produce verbal and written responses reflecting Focus on the Family’s standards.
• Meet established contact volume and quality targets across channels.
• Respond professionally in emotionally sensitive situations per guidelines.
• Model Focus on the Family’s core ministry values in every task.
