Job summary

Qualifications

• Master-level writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a demonstrated ability to convey emotional urgency and complex medical concepts in accessible, inspiring terms.
• Proven track record of leading and managing the creative process with collaboration. Demonstrated sound judgement in navigating various work environments with ability to serve as thought partner to team leaders.
• Expert familiarity with hospital donor databases/CRMs (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud) and modern email marketing tools.
• Understanding of healthcare philanthropy, grateful patient fundraising models, and strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards.
