You will coordinate personalized communications, acknowledgments, events, and storytelling to strengthen connections to the Foundation’s impact.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years in nonprofit settings, including donor relations and scholarship program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in social science, communication, or related field.
• Five+ years of related nonprofit experience; three+ years in nonprofit settings preferred.
• Experience managing scholarship funds or employee giving programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead stewardship, public information, and committee relations for scholarship programs; ensure alignment with donor intent.
• Manage donor relations, communications, and engagement to illustrate donor impact.
• Coordinate thank-you communications, events, and donor recognition activities.
• Collaborate with finance/gift processing to ensure accurate award allocations and timely distributions.
• Develop donor reports and storytelling content to show impact across programs.
• Support information sessions, school partnerships, and scholarship oversight committee work.
