Job summary

The National Park Foundation is seeking a Coordinator, Campaign and Donor Engagement in Washington, DC to join the donor engagement team. You will produce timely acknowledgments, support cultivation and stewardship communications, and help deliver donor experiences.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will assist with data management, mailings, event support, writing and proofreading, and administrative coordination to strengthen donor-centric processes and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with donor relations and stewardship.
• Proven ability to draft correspondence and written communications.
• Strong data handling and proficiency with relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Produce timely acknowledgments, receipts, and donor communications.
• Assist in donor cultivation and stewardship activities.
• Support event registrations, invitations, and materials for engagement events.
• Provide light writing and design support; proofreading for consistency.
• Administrative duties including scheduling, email management, and database coordination.
