Job summary

Responsibilities

• Make outbound donor calls to encourage donations based on eligibility and inventory needs.
• Update and maintain donor records and contact information.
• Answer donor inquiries within scope and refer complex questions appropriately.
• Perform front desk duties and monitor visitors and mail as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive donor experience.
• Be prepared to work weekdays, weekends, and travel to various locations.
