Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; courses in sales, communication, and data entry are preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a public-facing role; call center experience is a plus.
• Excellent persuasive and interpersonal skills.
• Accurate data entry abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and with diverse co-workers.
• Flexibility to work various schedules and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with donors by making outgoing calls to encourage donations based on eligibility, blood type, and inventory needs.
• Update and maintain donor records, including contact information and other details.
• Answer donor inquiries within your scope and refer complex questions to the appropriate department.
• Perform front desk duties, manage visitor rosters, distribute mail, and monitor reception when needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive donor experience and promote teamwork.
• Be prepared to work weekdays, weekends, and travel to various locations as required.
• Promote positive customer relations to enhance donor retention across departments.
• Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area and organize donor incentives.
