Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; sales, communication, or data entry courses preferred.
• At least 1 year in a public-facing role, call center or receptionist experience a plus.
• Excellent persuasive and interpersonal skills with strong data-entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with donors by making outgoing calls to encourage donations based on eligibility and inventory needs.
• Update donor records and contact information as needed.
• Answer donor inquiries within scope and route complex questions to the appropriate department.
• Perform front desk duties including visitor management, mail distribution, and monitoring security cameras.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive donor experience and teamwork.
• Flexibly work weekdays, weekends, and travel to locations as needed.
• Promote positive customer relations to enhance donor retention.
• Maintain a clean and orderly front desk and organize donor incentives.
