Job summary

Holy Angels Residential Facility seeks a full-time Philanthropy Coordinator to manage databases, donor stewardship, cultivation, and event support. The role includes planning, implementing, and reporting on fundraising activities to strengthen donor relationships and maximize gifts.

The position requires experience in fundraising and nonprofit environments, strong communication and data-management skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-five years of fundraising, development, nonprofit, or marketing/public relations.
• Experience in healthcare, public health or community-based nonprofits as well as Raiser's Edge or nonprofit CRM equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including creating, drafting, and delivering donor-facing content.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and other cloud resources.
• Some travel is required; personal transportation is therefore necessary.
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend hours based on needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of annual giving strategy through segmentation and engagement efforts.
• Design cultivation strategies and analyze giving trends to attract, retain, and diversify the donor base.
• Create and maintain donor development materials and correspondence.
• Assist with analytics to create and execute giving plans and manage monthly sustainer programs.
• Ensure data accuracy and donations processing; prepare reports and acknowledgements.
