Job summary

Breakthrough Central Texas is seeking a Development Manager to grow annual giving, deepen donor relationships, and drive revenue for student success. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, steward donors, and coordinate events with the Development & Communications team.

The role requires a detail-oriented, mission-driven fundraiser who can supervise staff, manage workflows, and collaborate across teams to meet ambitious fundraising goals in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Experience with annual giving, stewardship, and events.
• Ability to plan campaigns and manage donor communications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff to manage annual giving initiatives and giving days.
• Lead donor retention, reactivation, and upgrade strategies using data insights.
• Monitor annual giving performance and report on revenue and participation.
• Oversee donor databases and data workflows for accurate records.
