Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years fundraising experience across foundations, major gifts, and planned giving.
• Experience managing staff and donor portfolios with successful gift closures.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and growth of individual/institutional giving aligned to fundraising goals.
• Establish annual and multi-year goals; track performance and adjust strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of 50–75 major donors and prospects; solicit and steward.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create donor-centric messaging and materials.
• Coach a development team and ensure donor stewardship best practices.
