Flint Global Partners, Inc is seeking a Donor Engagement Manager to cultivate and manage a portfolio of mid-level donors, guiding them toward larger gifts and deeper engagement with Flint’s mission.

Reporting to the Director of Development, you will coordinate donor experiences, solicit contributions, and collaborate with communications and program teams to maximize fundraising impact.

Formación

• 3+ years of fundraising or donor relations experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to initiate conversations and ask for donations.
• Strong organizational skills with portfolio management experience.
• Experience using a donor CRM or relationship-management system.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an active portfolio of approximately 250 individual donors, developing personalized strategies to cultivate relationships, retain donors, increase giving, and grow mid-level donor revenue.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships by understanding donors’ interests, motivations, and connections to Flint’s mission.
• Maintain regular personal engagement through meetings, calls, events, travel, and other communications, consistently advancing relationships toward clear next steps.
• Make direct financial asks and identify opportunities for increased annual giving, monthly giving, major gifts, event sponsorships, and multi-year commitments.
• Identify donors with capacity and interest for deeper investment, developing strategies to cultivate them toward major gifts.
• Coordinate a seamless handoff of donors ready to transition into major giving to the Executive VP or President, ensuring continuity of engagement.
• Work toward annual revenue, donor retention, and portfolio activity goals with the Director of Development.
• Manage approximately 150 lapsed or prospective donors, developing strategies for qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and reactivation.
• Proactively identify and develop new prospects through Flint’s networks, events, referrals, and community relationships.
• Initiate conversations, assess donor interests and capacity, and develop personalized engagement plans that move qualified prospects toward financial partnership.
• Maintain consistent, disciplined follow-up to advance prospective and lapsed donors through the fundraising pipeline.
• Create thoughtful donor experiences through personalized gratitude, timely acknowledgment, meaningful impact updates, and relevant opportunities for deeper engagement.
• Collaborate with communications staff to share compelling stories, program updates, and donor communications that support cultivation, retention, and stewardship.
• Support fundraising and cultivation events, identify donors, coordinate with staff and volunteers, and execute engagement strategies.
• Connect donors with meaningful participation opportunities, including small gatherings, program visits, volunteer opportunities, leadership meetings, and travel as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate CRM records with donor interactions, giving history, contact information, next steps, and progress toward goals.
• Collaborate on portfolio reviews, fundraising strategy, and annual campaigns.
• Equip Flint’s leadership with relevant information and preparation for donor engagement.
