Job summary

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana is seeking an Experienced Individual Giving Manager to strengthen donor relations, grow annual giving, and lead stewardship initiatives. You will manage the Light One Match Society portfolio and coordinate donor recognition activities while collaborating with program staff to maximize impact.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, data-driven fundraising, and strategic planning to exceed yearly goals. Travel within Central Indiana is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in nonprofit management, event planning, or fundraising.
3+ years in nonprofit and fundraising experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn Raiser’s Edge NXT.
Participation in continuing education programs as requested.

Responsibilities

Develop donor cultivation strategies and drive fundraising initiatives.
Cultivate relationships with new and existing donors and stewardship.
Coordinate stewardship events and donor recognition programs.
Maintain accurate, thorough records and reporting in Raiser's Edge.
Lead and manage special giving programs and annual fundraising campaigns.
