Hillsboro Medical Center is seeking a Development Specialist to cultivate new donors, steward existing ones, and secure ongoing contributions for the organization’s mission. The role coordinates donor records, acknowledgements, and Raiser's Edge database management.

Responsibilities include supporting the foundation director in giving campaigns, producing reports, and coordinating communications and events. A bachelor’s degree and nonprofit fundraising experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in development or relevant non-profit field.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and manages donor campaigns and annual giving activities.
• Serves as internal expert on Raiser’s Edge and Greater Giving databases; updates donor records and builds reports.
• Ensures accurate gift processing and timely acknowledgement letters.
• Coordinates production and mailing of communications and appeals.
• Supports board relationships and committee meetings.
