Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Two or more years in a nonprofit fundraising or marketing role with strong project management and annual giving experience.
• Familiarity with donor CRM systems like Raiser’s Edge/NXT; faith-based nonprofit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate integrated fundraising communications to inspire donor engagement and support.
• Lead annual giving and donor communications strategy, overseeing direct mail, digital engagement, email marketing, social media, and multichannel campaigns.
• Develop donor-centered communications to deepen relationships, increase retention, acquire new supporters, and generate annual fund revenue.
