Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 in San Francisco is seeking a Philanthropy Associate to support fundraising, donor stewardship, marketing, and events. The role maintains donor records, processes gifts, and helps carry out campaigns with accuracy and professionalism.

You will collaborate with the Philanthropy team to ensure timely reporting, engage with donors, and contribute to events and outreach that advance the organization's mission to serve underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, nonprofit management, or related field.
• 1+ year of administrative, fundraising, or nonprofit experience.
• Experience with databases or CRM systems preferred; events/donor engagement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain donor, prospect, and gift records in the donor database.
• Process donations and prepare donor acknowledgments.
• Support fundraising, campaigns, and donor engagement projects.
• Coordinate events and donor communications.
• Provide administrative support and reporting.
