Job summary

HealthFinders Collaborative seeks a Community Giving Associate to deepen relationships with donors and learn an equity-centered fundraising approach. You will manage a donor portfolio, cultivate giving, and support engagement strategies across the Advancement Team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit work, or community engagement.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) to manage donor data and activity.
• Comfort with relationship-centered fundraising and donor stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 donors, with gifts from $500 to $5,000.
• Learn values-based donor qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Build relationships through meetings, calls, email, and personalized outreach.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director on fundraising strategies and donor engagement.
• Support major and mid-level donor activities and donor events.
