Job summary

USA Triathlon Foundation is seeking a Development Coordinator to support donor engagement, gift processing, and events from the Colorado Springs HQ. The role collaborates with the Chief Development Officer and Senior Manager to advance fundraising campaigns and Foundation initiatives, including donor stewardship, board logistics, and ambassador engagement.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced nonprofit setting, with a passion for sport and philanthropic impact

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, events, marketing, or communications.
• Interest in the Olympic/Paralympic movement and a passion for sport.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor database activities, including gift entry, acknowledgment, and records in Salesforce.
• Support donor stewardship, communications, and recognition programs.
• Assist with annual giving campaigns, peer-to-peer initiatives, and donor communications.
• Help plan Foundation events, donor experiences, and on-site logistics.
• Provide administrative support for operations, travel, and board meetings.
