Job summary

Samaritan Community Center is seeking a Director of Development to lead fundraising efforts and manage donor relations. This role is part of the Senior Leadership Team and will shape the annual development and marketing plan, revenue goals, and budget planning.

The position requires a BS/BA in a related field and a proven nonprofit fundraising track record. Evening/weekend availability is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required in Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management or related field.
• Nonprofit fundraising experience with proven success and donor relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement fundraising strategies and annual development plan.
• Manage donor relations and lead the development team to meet targets.
• Prepare quarterly reports for the SCC Governing Board.
