Job summary

Ovation Communities in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Donor Engagement Manager to advance the mission of the Jewish Home and Care Center Foundation by creating meaningful donor experiences and supporting fundraising campaigns.

Reporting to the Foundation President, you will plan and execute events, manage donor communications, and collaborate with staff and volunteers to engage supporters and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communication, nonprofit management, marketing or related field.
• At least three (3) years of experience fundraising, event planning, and donor relations.
• Be adapt at grant writing
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized
• Excellent IT skills and experience with CRM systems. Experience with Raiser's Edge is desirable
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends

Role Description

In this role the Donor Engagement Manager plays a key role in advancing the mission of Jewish Home and Care Center Foundation by creating meaningful, engaging, and seamless experiences for donors and supporters. Reporting to the Foundation President, this position is responsible for planning and executing events, managing donor communications, and supporting fundraising campaigns.
