Job summary

Bozeman Health Foundation seeks a Constituent Relations Specialist to craft and deploy communications that educate, engage, and inspire donors and prospects to support Bozeman Health. The role emphasizes compelling collateral, internal/external communications, branding, and collaboration with Foundation team members.

The position will manage social media, enhance the digital fundraising platform, and coordinate with the Marketing Department to ensure messaging aligns with hospital branding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a professional communications role, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Healthcare experience or nonprofit communications/marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic stewardship and cultivation communications across multiple platforms (mail, website, social media, intranet, video, and publications).
• Provide personalized donor updates and year-round engagement for donors and stakeholders.
• Maintain donor recognition and update walls, signage, and related materials.
• Create an annual communications calendar and cohesive brand publications (newsletters, appeals, invitations).
• Collaborate with Foundation staff to produce photography, video, graphics, social content, emails, and printed materials.
• Support day-to-day communications needs and ensure projects meet deadlines.
